Replacement vane rebuild kits for 1/4 HP to 1 HP rotary vane compressors. Rotary vane compressors have four self-wearing carbon vanes which eventually will become worn to a point where they will no longer produce suitable air or break apart. We recommend changing vanes every 1-2 seasons depending on run-time and the overall load on the unit. Vane kits include four carbon vanes, two internal filters, two o-rings, and one gasket.
